Company
EhoPlace Oy is a privately owned company, founded in autumn 2012. The aim and the mission of the company is to develop the packaging and plastic industries by using the EhoPlace´s extensive experience and wide know-how. EhoPlace Oy also offers special raw materials to the concerned professional industy.
The name of the company, EhoPlace, comes partly from the name of the founder Mr. Erkki Laiho. PLACE comes from the words: Polymers, Laminations, Adhesives, Coatings and Extrusion. From all of these technologies our company has a many decades of experience. We are more than happy to utilize our knowledge for the benefit of plastic and packaging industries.
The EhoPlace team consists of experts with wide knowhow and experience from the field.
Erkki Laiho has a long term contacts from his Pekema-Borealis-Baritec time to TAPPI organisation and other institutes and machine manufacturers too.
Dr. Arja Lehtinen, who is world wide well-known polyolefin researcher and has a long carrier in Neste-Borealis, is one of the founders.
MSc. (Chem.Eng) Carl-Johan Johansson, who has a wide experience in plastic- an packaging industry, is also available for EhoPlace´s projects. The last 15 years in his long career he worked as a Development Director and a Senior Advisor in Ab Rani Plast Oy.
